Carpe diem

Every adventure is a Carpe diem.

I smile at the idea
that for fear I hide myself from others,
but with hope I look at the world
understanding that loneliness is not for us.

Camprovín, a small village in La Rioja in Spain, has given me the hope to find peace, inspiration and balance for the future.
It's been almost two months of living in this rural place as a volunteer for On&Off Teatro and I'm realizing that meeting people who are amazing in different ways in just one place is possible. So unbelievable especially for someone like me who has never known what living really means.

Since day one I felt in the right place; in the right moment.

Exchanging thoughts and lifestyles was so important for the person I am now and I'm so glad that I had the opportunity to know better people who can listen to others and don't judge me.

Because

We draw the life of those we meet
starting from a point...
...a line
and then a circle that will last... every day

A friend
gives you breath from the anxiety of existence,
doesn't look for the problem of being different
and choose to stay,
especially, when you feel lost.

I know this is just the start of everything new... in the process of building something real and concrete as a
luggage of emotions and moments that will never disappear from my memories.
I'm feeling so comfortable here and my sensation tells me that I won't regret anything.

When I felt not enough as a person there was someone full of empathy.
How can you call it a coincidence?

So I realized that
I live thanks to the freedom of every moment,
I breathe thanks to art
and I know that I exist through friendship.

Trust the process, always.
Seize the day. Carpe diem.
